We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total of your order; shipping is charged per order number and is non-refundable and non-transferable. We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). (We can ship via FedEx or UPS upon request.)

Standard delivery for domestic orders may take 7-14 business days from the date of order. Express delivery, when available, will take 2-3 business days. If you are local to the Denver area, you can also choose to pick up your order from our store to avoid shipping charges; please contact us at 1-866-867-2488 to place an order for pickup. International orders may take longer than 7-14 business days, depending on customs; once international packages have departed the United States borders we are unable to track it, but will happily provide you with a tracking number if needed.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. In the event that shipping charges exceed the amount applied to the order, one of our representatives will contact you to collect payment for the additional shipping. For some orders, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. All shipping charges are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Returns Policy
30-Day Return Store Policy with a Receipt
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them in new condition within 30 days for exchange or store credit.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If a payment was made using PayPal, a refund can be issued back to the PayPal account that it was purchased from or in the form of a store credit, which can be applied towards a future order.
