How do I use this growing character journal?
Great question! Each day during the Counting of the Omer, look at the verse reference and theme at the top of the page. Find the verse in your Bible and read it, thinking about how the words are speaking to you. Then fill in the missing words and reflect on what the message means for your life.
Next, practice the character trait for the day, like kindness, by using it in real life. At the end of the day, write one sentence about how you showed that trait, such as, “Today, I was kind when I…”
