Returns & Exchanges
Tickets for any event may be returned or exchanged up to 2 weeks prior to the event.
Please Contact Us before returning or exchanging any item.
| Returns | Items must be returned within 30 days with a receipt or invoice in order to have credit applied to your credit card, cash returned, or item exchanged. After 30 days returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Items returned not in new and salable condition may also be charged the 15% restocking fee |
| Returns without a receipt or invoice will have the amount applied to store credit or a gift certificate and may be charged a 15% restocking fee. | |
| Exchanges |
Exchanges on damaged or defective items must be for a like item and must accompany a receipt or invoice. Exchanges due to "buyer's remorse" may be made for another item in the Resource Center or on-line store. |
| Media Products | Only unopened CDs, DVDs, VHS, or software can be returned within 30 days with a receipt or invoice to have credit applied to credit card, cash returned, or exchange (If item is damaged it may be exchanged for the same item only.)
No media products will be returned or exchanged without a receipt or invoice. |
We only reimburse postage on items that are damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.

| What if I am not satisfied with the items that I purchase? | If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days for exchange or credit. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged after 30 days. Items returned must be in saleable condition. Items not in new and saleable condition may also be charged the 15% restocking fee. We only reimburse postage on items that are damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly. |

| What if I receive items that are damaged? | If the item(s) that you receive are damaged (torn pages, broken CD or cassette cases, etc.) please send us an email or call us at 866-867-2488 with details of the damaged item(s). Please do not throw away the original packaging until we determine if we need to file a claim. |

| What if I receive items that are defective? | If the items that you receive are defective (new cassette tapes snapping the first time played, new CDs that skip, book bindings that fall apart on first opening, etc.) please send us an email or call us at 866-867-2488 to arrange for a replacement. |
