The Land is Mine Ten Steps to Possessing the Land of Israel
"See, I have set the land before you; go in and possess the land which the Lord swore to your fathers--to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob--to give to them and their descendants after them." (Deuteronomy 1:8 NKJ)
Through covenant, God promised the Land of Israel to the seed of Abraham. Through Moses, the Children of Israel are commanded by God to possess the Promised Land. Moses sent 12 spies into Canaan, and yet only Joshua and Caleb returned with a good report. As a result, the children of Israel spent 40 years wandering in the wilderness.
Currently, Israel only possesses part of the Promised Land. The remainder of the Land will only be conquered when the remaining scattered tribes of Israel return. God will allow the Land to lie desolate, but the enemies of God must again be driven out.
